The Future Tense powered by Lurssen, held May 15, 2024, in Zagreb, gathered 500+ business leaders, academics, and policymakers to discuss future trends, featuring six keynotes and broad media coverage

The objective of the Future Tense conference was to shift the narrative around development in Croatia from pessimism to optimism by showcasing successful business stories and global futurist speakers. We aimed to bring together over 500 participants, including 70% C-level executives, to discuss future trends in business, leadership, technology, sustainability, and society.

Additionally, we sought to demonstrate our full capabilities in event management and PR as both organizer and client. Our goals included fostering society engagement, meaningful networking, and providing insights to help decision-makers shape their strategies. We also aimed to boost the perception of our agency and the event.

Through a strong PR campaign and extensive media coverage, we aimed to illustrate how future society and business could evolve. Ultimately, attendees left inspired, equipped with new knowledge, and ready to implement future-forward ideas.

The Future Tense conference introduced a groundbreaking digital goodie bag—the first in our region—featuring visual summaries of keynote speeches, one created by a human artist and another by AI. This dual approach sparked lively debates among attendees and on social media, questioning which medium captured the content more effectively. An AI assistant further enhanced the experience, answering attendee questions and sending real-time updates.

A unique keynote combined live piano music with leadership insights, blending entertainment with motivation in an unexpected way, deeply engaging the audience.

Sustainability was a key focus, with meals served in recyclable packaging and on-site coffee recycling. Sponsors activated spaces inside and outside the venue, offering both physical and digital engagement. The entire event was live-streamed, expanding accessibility to a global audience.
