The program for the Grand Opening had to include all objectives and many persons were to get a stage for their story.
As the official opening was going to be done by Her Majesty Queen Máxima many rules of protocol had to be followed in a very limited time.
Therefore an innovative storytelling concept was created with a special music soundtrack. The video and spoken word content were the connecting elements throughout the 45-minute plenary program, that included 8 speakers, the official Grand Opening with Her Majesty and emotional music and show finish.
The tour through the new HQ deep-dived into certain topics: dsm-firmenich history and story, information on the sustainable building. A shop providing products and information about the different business units. Special position for the new Maastricht fragrance.
Sustainability topic is addressed by school children, they created artwork made from rubbish. And the winner of the sustainability essay competition will read it for the queen.
