The Event

Dani komunikacija is Croatia’s boldest marketing festival, blending creativity, innovation, and critical insights from global and regional experts—all in a uniquely provocative atmosphere.

Dani komunikacija aimed to disrupt the status quo of the marketing industry by building a vibrant community dedicated to authentic conversations. We encouraged attendees to peel back the layers of gloss, critically examining both the glittering successes and the glaring failures in our field. Our mission was to spark dialogues that confront the realities of marketing today and to equip participants with the tools to challenge norms within their organizations. Post-event, we wanted attendees to question everything they thought they knew and engage in meaningful discussions that transcend the superficial. By connecting them with bold thinkers and unconventional experts, we positioned our brand as not just a festival, but a catalyst for change in an industry that desperately needs it. Let’s face it: marketing isn’t all rainbows and unicorns—it’s time to embrace the messiness, ethics, and future we want to create together.

The tenth anniversary of Dani komunikacija was a masterclass in embracing chaos while delivering a seriously good time. We pushed the boundaries of conventional festivals, crafting an experience that was unpredictably predictable. With a fresh lineup of midnight talks with world-renowned communicators, beachside streams, and even a post-program pint (an informal segment for informal discussions), we challenged attendees to rethink what a marketing festival could be. Our 360° stage with almost 200 square meters of LED screens, dubbed the “scariest stage in the world” hosted daring discussions that tackled taboo topics, including the infamous Billy McFarland and his talk about the Fyre Festival marketing fiasco. We introduced Croatia’s first AI sidekick to the festival scene which helped attendees around the festival, proving that even technology can join the fun.
