1 setup, but 27 different events— the agency’s newly created concept for Christmas events incorporates the latest tech and AI, allowing visitors to create their own content and engage interactively.
The goal was to create a contemporary, innovative event focused on sustainability and resource efficiency. At a single location with one setup, 27 different events were created using mobile scenography and transformable content generated by technology and the attendees themselves, crafting their unique event with the latest technology and AI involvement.
Through various audiovisual experiences, performance elements, technological engagement, gastronomic performances and the fusion of real and digital environments guests created their own Christmas story.
The event consisted of 3 acts.
RetroVerse – concert, performance of levitating candles and fire piano.
TechVerse – virtual dinner with interactive guest engagement using AI and sensory solutions and digital animations.
MetaVerse – disco section with moving scenography, involvement of VR and AI.
This blend of technology, art and sustainability ensured that each session was unique, promoting participant engagement and creating memories.
This project redefined events by transforming a single location with mobile, changeable interactive scenography and customizable content for each company. The event showcased advanced technologies, including AI integration, sensory light installations, mobile interactive scenography and food art installations, blending virtual reality with the real environment. Guests actively participated, becoming content creators.
Innovative AI use for real-time data analysis, motion sensors for musical performances, and sustainability efforts with reusable materials set a new standard in event design.
Sustainable Solutions: One location replaced 27 setups. Printed materials and each company’s graphics and slogans were replaced by the latest digital solutions. Collaboration with local suppliers and manufacturers. Kinetic scenography was made from reusable materials and adapted for each session. Food art installations reduced dish and water usage. Artistic performances were created by AI and ST.
