The Portuguese Desafio Global/ Action4 Ativism wins the Special Award Revelation Country
The award, decided by the editor, has gone to the Portuguese agency Desafio Global/Action4 Ativism, that is not only noted for the quality of its projects, but also for their complexity and importance, for the media echo that they have stirred up, and for their proven ability to manage, every time, a flow of thousands of people. The agency works in Portugal, a country where the events sector, in line with the European panorama, is in continuous growth and evolution. 
Desafio Global, in particular, was founded in 2001 as a division dedicated to large corporate events. From 2003 to 2006, for four consecutive years, it received the Best Events Agency Award of Meios e Publicidade Awards. From Desafio Global’s know-how, Action4 Ativism was born in 2004, specialized in the development of brand entertainment products. The Golden Globes Gala 2007, the prestigious Portuguese television award (Sic – Sociedade Independente Comunicação), whose twelfth edition was held in Lisbon on April 1st, is nothing more than an example of excellence among the events organized by Action4 Ativism. No less are the corporate events by Desafio Global, among which ‘Thinkomics’, organized for the Portuguese Ministry of Economy.
The agency will be awarded on November 23rd in Milan during the European Best Event Awards ceremony.
