SPAIN – Acciona Producciones y Diseño presents 3D-interactive mapping
I+D+i technology developed for the projection uses a powerful system capable of generating graphics in real time linked to its interactivity, permitting unlimited participation of its users.
The 10th edition of the Festival European Best Event Awards, EuBea 2015, celebrated in Seville pn November 5th to 7th, provided the ideal framework for the presentation, by Acciona Producciones y Diseño, of the 3D-Interactive mapping developed in collaboration with the company BlackBird.
The mapping production, done over a sculpture measuring 12 metres long by 5 metres high, was presented to the public after the gala awards ceremony in the Hotel Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento, and permitted those attending to participate in an interactive game in which they experienced the ultimate in 3D technology. The recreation of a futuristic scene for the projection invited the players to interact simultaneously using laser pointers, enjoying an authentic multimedia experience in real time.
The development of I+D+i for this interactive system permitted joining a powerful motor of renders in real time, the same as for video games of the latest generation, with a great capacity of devices capable of interacting with the projection, whether it be by laser, sound, presence, infrareds, touch, etc… The control, the speed of response and the unlimited participation of the users in a three-dimensional surrounding is the true innovation of this system.
