ITALY – Sinergie for Media World’s 25th Anniversary

Sinergie Live Communication created and conducted an impressive event for more than 600 guests who represented Media World’s top partners. Together, they celebrated Media World 25th anniversary and shared the strategies and vision for 2016.

sinergieThe celebrations started on 3rd December and will continue throughout the 2016. The closure event is top secret at the moment, but it will surely meet the high expectations.

The hall for the convention was built inside a Black Box made by Sinergie and placed at the SuperStudioPiù studios in Milan. The specialized company created a futuristic atmosphere by playing with colors and lights. The entrance to the hall presented an incredible show of red lasers that welcomed the audience, while the Black Box had 5 big screens and 1 with holograms installed on mobile structures to provide a changing scenography. This impressive production took 4 days onsite to build in order to organize the convention on time.

After the emotional video designed by Sinergie Live Communication, celebrations started with the performance of the Tron Dance crew, all dressed up with led lights. Alessandro Milan, a journalist of Radio24 radio channel, was chosen to supervise the intervention of the board and guests (Pietro Trabucchi and Daniel Fontana).

The first big surprise was the “virtual speech”. An innovative interaction of the speaker with some contents in holograms technology. At the end of the morning, 15 employees were awarded for being in the company for 25 years, when Media World started its business.

When it seemed that the event was over and it was time for the toast, a second guest star surprised the audience: Fiorello. The front man, among the astonishment and general enthusiasm, captivated everyone in the hall with his hilarious show dedicated to Media World and its guests.

Sinergie Live Communication dealt with the general concept of the event, the scenic design and the emotional videos. The WebApp made by ISNT (parent company of Sinergie Group specialized in digital contents) was also used to manage the enrolment of the guests in the event.
