ITALY – Florence immerses Cameo in art

Florence was the setting for the annual convention dedicated to over one hundred and twenty sales account managers from Cameo, a market leader recognized and appreciated by consumers for the quality of its products. The objective of the gathering was a discussion of past achievements and upcoming challenges.

cameoSinergie handled all aspects of organization, from logistics to venue design and development of the coordinated image, creating a uniting thread between the setting and the content of the convention. The concept revolved around the slogan “Street Artists”, given that Florence is one of Italy’s most important and vibrant cities of art.

Group creativity and cohesion were stimulated in a teambuilding exercise where guests created images inspired by their visions of the future. It was an amusing activity that got everyone engaged in the game.

The spaces were brought to life by the use of cardboard figures representing street artists, amusing outlines that kept the guests company during their two days in Florence. All was capped off with a gala dinner in the enchanting Palazzo Capponi, which fully and definitively immersed the guests in the artistic mood of the convention under its beautifully frescoed ceilings.
