GERMANY – Hagen Invent’s incentives division continues on course for success

The Düsseldorf experts for live communication at Hagen Invent are continuing the company’s success story of over 30 years with a tailored programme of incentives for major clients in the automotive and financial-services sectors.

Headed by the Hagen Invent incentives division, around 2,800 participants have enjoyed unforgettable trips and special moments of appreciation since the start of the year. In addition to car manufacturer Škoda and the credit insurance company Euler Hermes, four other renowned insurance companies entrusted their incentive trips to Hagen Invent. Even in the 34th year since the agency was founded, the Düsseldorf-based experts for live communication were able to delight their incentives customers with their imaginative and highly organised events and their careful judgement of the individual needs of the most widely ranging target groups.

Whether it was Monte Carlo or Marrakech, Warnemünde or Berlin, Iceland or Warsaw, Barcelona or Provence – the incentives experts at Hagen Invent were able to inspire their customers and guests with their passion, creativity and a range of tailored concepts and exceptional ideas. The results were highly individual programmes which ranged from following in the tracks of Friedrich Nietzsche in the village of Èze in southern France, to a relaxing soak in the famous Blue Lagoon on the Icelandic Reykjanes Peninsula, to a romantic dinner in the open air in the royal Lazienki Park in Warsaw.

Hagen Invent has been supporting companies since 1979 with the implementation of incentives as a marketing instrument to motivate and reward the achievement of sales targets. “We are still driven by our pioneering spirit, even when coming up with our x-thousandth incentive event. We always go one step further and think one step ahead. This guarantees our customers and their guests something really special that they have never seen or experienced before,” says Michaela Schmitz, Account Director and Member of the Hagen Invent Executive Board, explaining the agency’s lasting recipe for success. “In times when budgets are getting ever tighter and the world is getting smaller and more anonymous, a personal and individual touch is more important than ever.”
