EUROPE – OVAL is now officially a B Corp and delivers brand experiences with a positive impact

After an intensive transformation program, the creative brand experience agency successfully met B Lab’s rigorous certification standards: OVAL (formerly The Oval Office) is now officially a B Corp. This immediately provides an additional return for its clients in Belgium, Germany, France, and the Netherlands: OVAL helps them achieve their ‘positive impact’ ambitions more quickly.

The B Corp certification, awarded by the international non-profit organization B Lab, is granted only to companies that meet exceptionally high standards in environmental impact, ethical business practices, and social responsibility. The certification evaluates a company as a whole and focuses on five key impact areas: governance, employees, community, environment, and customers. With this step, OVAL joins a global movement of companies proving that profit and positive impact can go hand in hand.

“We are very proud of our B Corp label and will do everything we can to uphold our commitment in the years to come. As an agency, we firmly believe that truly connecting people and brands drives positive change. B Corp acts as both an accelerator and an additional incentive. This remarkable achievement is a milestone, but certainly not the endpoint. We will continue to challenge ourselves to further enhance the positive impact of our agency and our clients.”
— Wouter Boits, Founder & CEO of OVAL

Encouraged by this recognition, OVAL is determined to continue translating its core value of ‘empathy’ into sustainable productions, taking on social responsibility, and maintaining transparent communication both internally and externally. Furthermore, reducing, measuring, and offsetting CO2 emissions will become the standard for every project. In doing so, the agency actively contributes to its clients’ goals, which in turn help Europe meet its ambitious climate targets.
