Objectives: To create a moment of Christmas celebration, socialize, and exchange best wishes.
The idea was to host a different kind of Christmas party that deviated from traditional norms, fostering intimacy and genuine connections while breaking down hierarchical barriers to create an emotional, sincere, enjoyable, yet sober and fun experience. It was meant to be an event unlike any other, set in an original environment in an unusual location not typically used for such occasions.
The goal was to transform the classic corporate Christmas party into a family gathering, akin to a home celebration with friends and relatives. From the invitation that read “Play Paglieri” to the entire atmosphere, the recreated mood was that of a cozy family Christmas. The venue was transformed into a large home, complete with sofas, blankets, gifts, and a Christmas tree, evoking an intimate and warm Christmas spirit. An innovative element was the message “Play Paglieri,” an intimate invitation that connected guests to the brand, making it feel accessible and simple.
Upon arrival, guests received a typical Christmas sweater featuring reindeer to wear for the evening, contributing to a sense of unity and helping to break down hierarchies. Additionally, they were given an ornament to write a dedication for the Christmas tree, allowing everyone to participate in its decoration. Each guest was asked to bring a book with a dedication, which was gifted by Santa Claus.
