For the annual convention, PWC wanted to unite the more than 8000 employees and collaborators spread throughout Italy in one day-long event
The goal of the event was to gather the entire PwC Italy community for the first time in a long while. It was important to share the company’s achievements, communicate the strategic vision, and listen to important guests and opinion leaders on current topics, economics, and strategy. More than 30 guests on stage, an exclusive concert and more than 3 hours of entertainment were the closing acts of the convention to celebrate the successes and growth achieved in recent years. Some numbers: 3 privatized trains from Naples to Milan, 12 hotels, 2 exhibition halls and over 200sqm of ledwalls and an incredible light show.
The creative idea behind the PwC Echoes project is the centrality of the individual, capable of profoundly influencing the surrounding environment with their actions. Just like a stone falling into a pond, people generate ideas with their actions that propagate infinitely. To express this concept, a semicircular stage was designed, surrounded by an audience seated close to the stage itself. A surface of over 200 square meters of LED wall provided the technological backdrop for the conference. A high-level light design completed the impressive scenic impact.
