The VIAN Event aimed to foster a new global understanding of the international Vorwerk community. As the culmination of an international sales competition, it honored the top-performing key players from 16 countries. The primary business objective was to create lasting motivation within the sales team by creating emotional engagement, appreciation, and excitement. At the same time, the event aimed to establish and further develop the international event culture by positioning the VIAN as a shining brand within Vorwerk’s event world. Participants were expected to leave the event with a renewed sense of pride and commitment, becoming ambassadors of Vorwerk’s mission. The experience encouraged attendees to internalize company values, strengthen their connection to the brand, and continue achieving excellence in their roles. The goal was for attendees to return to their markets more inspired and committed to further success.
The creative concept of VIAN 24 was centered around the immersive narrative of “Mission V,” blending VIAN’s legendary format with cutting-edge innovation to create an unforgettable experience. The organizing team partnered with the fictional VNTS institute, a prestigious research academy exploring how willpower converts into energy. Inspired by the VIAN finalists, VNTS identified Courage, Creativity, and Commitment as the key qualities needed to generate this energy—values deeply tied to both Vorwerk and the participants. The narrative framed the finalists, now Voyagers, as essential to powering the expedition vessel to the fabled destination of VIANTIS. Only through their collective energy could the vessel reach VIANTIS, directly linking competition success to the immersive event experience. Their recognition at the event was positioned as the key to powering this fantastic journey. VIAN 2024 blended storytelling, recognition, and technology to push the boundaries of event innovation.
