Our primary aim was to enhance guest experience by offering a diverse range of activities, entertainment and attractions over four unforgettable days. The latter were disseminated to cater to all types of spectators, whether they are passionate F1 fans or mere visitors seeking fun and entertainment. To achieve this, several objectives were outlined:
Activation Curation and Allocation: Expanding over 6 Fan Zones and a walkway, the Fan Journey was key in our activation placement. We offered 8 groups: Adventure, Entertainment, Kids Activities, Motorsport, Skill, Technology, Photo Opportunity, and Art Installations.
Food and Beverage Curation and Allocation: We provided an inclusive culinary experience with 71 vendors.
Entertainment Curation and Allocation: Live entertainment brought people together with music and dance.
Engaging and Inclusive Programming: Diverse activations and 60+ F&B experiences kept the event vibrant.
We recognize that the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, not only ignites the passion of motorsport enthusiasts but also serves as a platform for cultural exchange and entertainment. In other words, the Fan Zone is not construed to a space where spectators can just watch the race, but expands further to being in and of itself a destination of festivity, excitement and ultimate entertainment.
As spectators venture in the mesmerizing and adrenaline-pumping world of Formula 1, the general atmosphere is one of festivity and anticipation. Spanning across an area of 202,650 sqm, with 6 Zones and a 2.5 Km Walkway tying them all together, the SAGP Fan Zone offers the epitome of fun at every turn. From spectacular entertainment and a plethora of thrilling activations to delectable food and beverage experiences, visitors are relentlessly urging for more.
