The Event

To create a mobile, multifunctional project as a traveling digital, interactive exhibition with AI solutions to revitalize old places, support charity, and promote the latest products of the brand.

The agency’s idea is to create an innovative, contemporary, and meaningful event that achieves multiple goals simultaneously.
Support a charity by collecting donations for Open Creative Centers, focusing on girls in need.
Promote partner brands and their latest products in a unique, sustainable setting. Encourage visitors to interact with installations, engage with AI-driven exhibits, and share their experiences on social media to broaden the event’s reach.
Revitalize visitor flow at the Riga Botanical Garden with an innovative event appealing to both locals and tourists.
Aim for increased brand loyalty, appreciation for sustainable practices, and active support for women’s initiatives through donations and participation.
Enhance public understanding of AI and modern technology through art and interactive installations, offering an immersive experience.

To transform old greenhouses into a Digital Flower gallery. The event offered 2 parts for visitors to choose from, with 7 sessions per day. Additionally charity evenings were organized to collect donations. The gastronomic performances integrate products and innovations from collaboration partners.
Innovations included a 120-cubic-meter pool with color-changing water, a 5-meter-wide rotating platform and 9 kinetic interactive installations involving visitor engagement. Samsung AI devices and real-time data analysis systems personalized each visitors experience, while a sensory sound system adjusted audio based on the visitors location.
An AI exhibition with digital art and installations highlighting societal changes and contemporary women’s roles. A Lanson champagne bar with a rotating platform and gastronomic performances.
This combination created an immersive experience that attracted media attention, strengthened brand loyalty and highlighted AI and sustainability in event design.
