During PARIS 2024, Clubhouse 24 was the world’s first off-site hospitality venue, offering an immersive sports playground at the Palais de Tokyo Museum. An artistic, interactive and playful approach.
On Location is the leader in high-end experiential hospitality for major events:
Chosen by the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee to invent a new model for hospitality, On Location has been selected to accompany the next 3 editions in Paris 2024, Milan-Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028.
The agency’s brief was to assist On Location in the design, creation and implementation of Clubhouse 24 during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Clubhouse 24 must be the centrepiece of the hospitality packages and be attractive enough to encourage an international and local audience to buy them. This hospitality venue will be linked to tickets for the various sporting events taking place in Paris and the Île de France region.
In line with the “Open Up the Games” philosophy of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Clubhouse 24 will offer affordable services and spaces designed around different themes such as sport, family, food, entertainment, heritage and services.
Clubhouse 24: Ultimate Hospitality in the City
Paris 2024 broke with convention by proposing, for the first time ever, to turn the entire city into a playground and to put Paris’ heritage at the service of sport.
Similarly, with On Location, we wanted to break the codes of the largest official hospitality site.
For the first time, it wasn’t in a stadium, but in the heart of Paris, in the iconic Palais de Tokyo, a few steps from the Eiffel Tower. And instead of focusing on food and drink, the museum and its forecourt were transformed into a monumental and immersive sporting playground, celebrating Olympism, heritage and gastronomy.
Set against the backdrop of Paris and Le Palais de Tokyo, its temple of contemporary art, our aim was to create a unique fusion of sport, art and entertainment, offering a fresh perspective on Olympic hospitality.
A vision that was more immersive, more playful, more shareable and more dynamic. In a word: more fun!
In a motto: ‘Live, Learn, Celebrate’.
