A medium-sized company on its way into the future. Aim of the 60th anniversary event is to activate and motivate employees and their partners and turn them into genuine brand ambassadors. They are to become fans of the brand who live the brand core ‘PASSION’ and carry it forward. The event boosts the international team’s sense of identification and togetherness. A social media campaign for employer branding and customers started direclty after the initial event.
A real world premiere and an absolute surprise for the FEINMETALL employees, who had expected a classic, rather old-fashioned gala event. They enter an extremely cool off-location, which becomes the perfect project backdrop for a video shoot and a party location for a unique brand feeling.
From WOW moment 1: the premiere of the brand new company song, to WOW moment 2: the participants are successfully coached to become the biggest band in the world (E-Guitars, E-Bass, Drums, Vocals), to WOW moment 3: as the main actors, they shoot the music video for their own brand song and perform their company song live. Unbelievable!
