EuBEA 2014 the best ever: subscriptions +60%

The European Best Event Awards approaches the entries deadline with 60% more of subscriptions. In order to give the latecoming projects the opportunity to enter the Awards, the deadline has been postponed to September 15.

Milan, September 9, 2014 – The ninth edition of EUBEA is forecast to be the most successful ever. So far many projects entered the Awards and many are entering these days.
“An increase of 60% in subscriptions is an amazing result that exceeds our expectations” says Salvatore Sagone, ADC Group President. “Event were entered from nearly 20 European countries and so far there is a good nationality mix. We are still receiving many request for participation and so we decided to postpone the entries deadline to September 15”.
The projects entered in EuBEA will compete to be granted:
1 European Best Event Award
4 Awards for Technical Excellence
20 Awards by Event Categories
EuBEA Awards
Besides these, 9 special Awards will be automatically assigned on the basis of results achieved in each of the 20 Event Categories, such as the Best European Agency, Best Event Company and Best Creative Director of the Year.
Other two special awards are the Press Award and the Delegates Award, assigned by the press and delegates for their favourite event.
The awards will be granted by a prestigious jury panel that will be lead by the German Klaus Span, Executive CoE Product Management & Business Development, IBM Power Systems EMEA; it is comprised of authoritative representatives of the corporate event world at EMEA level, from 15 different countries. In jury there will be also representatives of the press and of the trade associations.

Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Uk the countries with more entries but since now 19 are total European countries involved on this record edition, 2 more than last year.

The EuBEA jury panel will meet within the first edition of Eubea Festival, the International Festival of Events and Live Communication, a two day kermesse that will be focused on three words: live show, interaction and networking.
Several international key speaker will attend the Festival and the program will be rich in content at the highest level to offer new insights even to long-time professionals.
The EuBEA Festival will be held in Seville on 23-24 October 2014; it will be hosted by the Andalusian city thanks to the interest shown by a number of Spanish entities such as Seville Convention Bureau, Tourespaña – the Department of Tourism and Commerce – Tourism Andalusian, the city of Seville, Province of Seville and the Chamber of Commerce Seville.
