WORLDWIDE – AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL PRESENTS THE 2025 ANNUAL & SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
AIM Group International closed 2025 with consolidated revenues of €88.99 million and an EBITDA exceeding €3 million, results that confirm the growth and transformation path undertaken in recent years. This is what emerges from the 2025 Annual & Sustainability Report, which showcases an increasingly international and integrated Group, committed to developing technological innovation and sustainability.
«2025 was a year of execution, transformation, and growth. We strengthened our financial structure, accelerated key strategic projects, and laid the foundations for the next phase of the group’s development. Artificial intelligence, digitalization, and innovation represent fundamental tools, but it is people who transform technology into value and build our future,» states Gianluca Scavo, CEO of AIM Group International.
Today, AIM Group operates through 13 international offices in 9 European countries and offers an integrated ecosystem that combines events, communication, and consultancy to support companies, scientific associations, institutions, and organizations in managing increasingly complex projects.
In 2025, the group organized over two thousand live, digital, and hybrid events, involving 410,000 participants, managing over 22,500 scientific abstracts, more than 26,500 square meters of exhibition areas, and collaborating with over 150 clients and 150 associations internationally.
The revenue breakdown confirms the strength of the multi-business model: Conference Management accounts for 30% of revenues, Healthcare Meetings for 20%, Corporate & Sport Events and Communication for 15% each, Continuing Medical Education for 10%, while Association Management and Incentive & DMC Services contribute the remaining 10%.
The report highlights the strengthening of the group’s ESG strategy, which in 2025 made significant progress on the sustainability front, reinforcing its governance and reporting framework through the publication of the 2024 Sustainability Report and the Sustainable Supply Chain Protocol, supporting greater supplier engagement and alignment with international standards.
Over 300 professionals work across AIM’s international offices, with women representing 82% of the workforce, 76% of managerial positions, and 70% of top management. During 2025, over 9,400 hours of training were provided, with programs dedicated to developing managerial, digital, and sustainability skills.
«We live in a context where technology, innovation, and globalization are profoundly changing our industry. However, we continue to believe that the true distinguishing element remains the value of people. It is the ability to build relationships, generate trust, and work together that transforms every project into a lasting impact,» comments Gianluca Buongiorno, President of AIM Group International.
In the future, AIM Group will continue to invest in international development, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the expansion of its integrated offering, supported by a pipeline of international projects already extending beyond 2030.
