THE NETHERLANDS – THE EVENT SECTOR CONGRESS 2025: A UNITED CELEBRATION OF THE INDUSTRY, POWERED BY ECHO25 & MIFA
On Wednesday, November 26, the Event Confederation, together with Flanders Convention Bureau and EventFlanders, will organize the congress for the event sector. All event organizers and suppliers are invited to Asiat Park in Vilvoorde to learn from one another and network together.
ECHO25 meets MiFA
The past editions of ECHO and Meet in Flanders Academy (MiFA) were a success. But for the 2025 edition, things are moving to the next level. For the first time, the two congresses will join forces to organize one major congress for all event professionals active in the profit, non-profit, and public sectors. The congress will be powered by both ECHO25 and MiFA and will be renamed the Event Sector Congress.
Congress + Awards @ Asiat Park
To further strengthen the unity of the event sector, another big step is being taken: this year, the congress will be held on the same day and at the same location as the BEA Awards. The congress will take place during the day at Asiat Park, and in the evening, the doors will open for the BEA Awards. The closing drink of the congress will be held together with the welcome drink of the BEA Awards, making it the ultimate meeting place of the year.
Ticket Sales Starting in September
Registering for the congress and the awards will be easier and more affordable. You’ll benefit from a discount when purchasing a ticket for both events. More details will follow after the summer holidays, when ticket sales open and we’ll share more about the program.
