GERMANY – PIONEERS LIVE STAGES VIAN 2025 FOR VORWERK INTERNATIONAL – A RADIANT EXPERIENCE IN SEVILLE
After the award-winning success of the previous year, brand experience agency PIONEERS LIVE once again realizes one of Vorwerk International’s largest events in 2025: the Vorwerk International Award Night (VIAN). The venue for the multi-day event is the Andalusian city of Seville – and once again, an unforgettable experience is created for around 2,500 participants from 22 countries.
PIONEERS LIVE transforms the FIBES Seville into an immersive experiential world. At the heart of the staging is light: as a symbol of personal strength, shared energy, and
collective growth – and thus the core of VIAN: recognition of outstanding achievements and a celebration of the people who passionately drive Vorwerk forward. Drone shows,
LED technology, kinetic installations, immersive storytelling, and atmospheric set design come together to form a powerful visual narrative that brings the theme to life.
The highlight is the festive award ceremony, embedded in an unforgettable guest journey, culminating in an open-air show. An optional program on Saturday morning complements
the central experience of the Award Night – with selected activities that round out the stay in Seville.
As lead agency – in close collaboration with the Vorwerk team and other partners – PIONEERS LIVE is responsible for the concept, event strategy, guest journey, destination
and participant management, as well as production and execution of all on-site
touchpoints.
