NETHERLANDS – XSAGA CELEBRATES 25 YEARS WITH A PUBLIQUE TAKEOVER

During a festive gathering at REM Amsterdam, XSAGA launched a special takeover of the live communication magazine Publique to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Zynchrone Media invited XSAGA to act as guest editor-in-chief for a one-time edition, both as a congratulatory gesture and as a tribute to the industry.

In 2026, XSAGA — The Experience Company — celebrates a quarter century of creativity, craftsmanship and passion in the fields of live communication and video. What began as an ambitious agency has grown into an award-winning player both in the Netherlands and internationally.

“This anniversary is not only about us, but about the people and collaborations that make our work possible,” XSAGA stated. “With this, we put the profession, our partners and the power of collaboration at the center.”

Creators and entrepreneurs

The anniversary edition brings together an exceptional mix of creators and entrepreneurs. The issue includes exclusive interviews with iconic figures such as André Rieu, Anton Corbijn and Joop van den Ende about the impact of live experiences, a column by Sietse Bakker on events in times of change, and a special anniversary poem by Amsterdam’s city poet Ellen Deckwitz.

Collaboration is also central in the section 1+1 = 11, featuring creative duos from different disciplines discussing the power of cross-pollination. Leading clients also share their views on the role of live communication in their strategies, and readers are given a behind-the-lens perspective in the photography series Luckily, We Still Have the Photos.
