“LIVE IS BEAUTIFUL”: THE BEA WORLD FESTIVAL 2026 CLAIM UNVEILED. CALL FOR ENTRIES NOW OPEN
The guiding theme of the 2026 edition, taking place from 26 to 27 November, is a concept that celebrates the uniqueness and power of live communication, highlighting its ability to create authentic and memorable experiences. Through the visual metaphor of a veil—a symbol of fluid creativity taking shape in real space—the theme connects the excellence of BEA-awarded projects with the timeless beauty of one of the world’s most iconic venues.
Entries are now officially open for BEA World 2026, the awards that recognize excellence in live communication at an international level, organized by ADC Group in collaboration with Next Group. The Entry Kit for the 21st edition of BEA World is now available on the official website, launching the search for the best global projects that have shaped the events and live communication industry.
The festival will take place as part of Live Communication Week 2026, scheduled in Venice. Conceived and promoted by ADC Group, the event attracts around 2,000 professionals from the marketing, communication, and events industries every year, serving as a strategic business, networking, and educational platform.
The claim “Live is BEAutiful” will be the common thread of the 2026 edition. The setting is Venice and, more specifically, the Palazzo del Cinema, a symbolic venue representing creativity, entertainment, and international excellence.
From 26 to 27 November, the spotlight will shift entirely to the BEA World Festival, bringing together the most influential international players in live communication to showcase outstanding global case studies and explore the future direction of the industry. The program will feature international jury sessions, Live Presentations, networking opportunities, and educational content, culminating with the traditional awards ceremony celebrating the year’s best international projects.

New Features for BEA World 2026
- GRAND PRIX FOR GOODThis award is presented by the International jury to an event entered into the competition that demonstrates a strong and explicit social purpose, combining creative excellence, communication effectiveness, and a positive impact on society. It recognizes projects that promote values such as inclusion, sustainability, civic responsibility, rights, and awareness. The Grand Prix for Good complements the traditional Grand Prix while remaining independent from it.
- E-SPORTS EVENT / GAMING EVENTGaming events, championships, tournaments, or video game competitions held live in front of an audience or broadcast via live streaming. The category includes competitive formats ranging from major arena tournaments to digital competitions, recognizing excellence in audience engagement, interactivity, technical production quality, and the ability to activate and involve the gaming community.
