ITALY – Filmmaster for DDate Discovery
DDate, the Discovery event produced by Filmmaster Events, took place in Milan at the exclusive Diamond Tower venue.
The TV network held its annual presentation of its programmes on the top floors of the skyscraper and this year the presentation was turned into an “Open Date” with three events held on the same day.
To celebrate its successes, Discovery Italia decided to present the new shows on its channels to all its targets and for the first time invited the general public to take part in the event.
Five thousand viewers entered an online contest and 1,500 of them were invited to visit experiential areas devoted to Discovery’s 12 specialty channels.
The day began in the morning with a press conference, then continued in the afternoon with the experiential areas and “speed talent” encounters and ended with the evening event, the moment when the authentic Upfront meeting was held.
