GERMANY – Summer highlights at Hagen Invent

Once again, a “summer slump” was in no way evident at Hagen Invent, neither at their head office in Düsseldorf’s media harbor nor at the Harbor City branch office in Hamburg. During the summer months, the team of over 30 experts created eight domestic and international events and two exclusive incentive projects for several prominent long-standing clients. The successful implementation of these events and incentives throughout the month of September, with a total of over 3,200 participants, took the experts for live communication to destinations all over Europe, as well as to southern Africa and North America.

During a five-day round trip, the Hagen Invent incentive unit enabled a select group of guests, partners of a major insurance company, to visit the main scenic highlights of Namibia in three chartered aircraft – an unforgettable experience. And in the course of a four-day trip to Lisbon and the Algarve, the incentive experts at Hagen Invent organized a motivational program filled with pleasant surprises for around 90 employees of a well-known life insurance company.

Aside from the two-day Global Central Bank Conference 2011 in Luxembourg, in which 100 representatives from central banks worldwide participated, Hagen Invent’s event unit created and organized for the third year in succession the “Investment Dialogue” in the Alte Oper in Frankfurt on behalf of Dz Bank. A fascinating topic and prominent keynote speakers provided the 1,000 board members of credit unions and cooperative banks and their major private clients with an inspiring dialogue in a sophisticated ambience. And during yet another repeat event, the experts for live communication once more accompanied 12 members of Dz Bank’s board of directors to the International Monetary Fund annual meeting in Washington, where besides other highlights they were charged with organizing a reception given by Dz Bank for 120 guests at the Park Hyatt Hotel.

Under the direction of Hagen Invent, around 1,400 employees of a financial services provider undertook a “musical journey through time” on the occasion of their 2011 Summer Party in Düsseldorf. In addition, the agency also assisted this client with the conceptual design of their stand display at Sibos 2011 in Toronto, Canada, an international trade fair for the financial services branch, as well as with the organization of invitation procedures and numerous client events hosted throughout the duration of the fair.
