GERMANY – Brilliant opening production for the Hannover Messe

06Responsible for the staging for the third consecutive year was insglück, the specialists in brand management and live communications.  This year, the Creatives surprised the guests with a setting which, through 3D mapping, brought the current issues of the industry impressively to life. Three-dimensional video display of facades was known previously for its almost exclusive use in outdoor areas.
For the opening of the exhibition, insglück matched it with lavish entertainment, a surprising live performance, and perfect sound design. The geometry of the setting interacted with the projection, artists responded to deceptively real structures, industrial noises emerged in the soundtrack – it was a breathtaking visual journey through the exhibition areas to show how much technology makes possible today.

06Prominent speakers, including the Prime Minister of the Republic of France, H.E. Francois Fillon, as the representative of this year’s partner country, were welcomed by the Lower Saxony Minister President David MCallister. The Hannover Messe was then finally opened by the Chancellor of Germany, Dr. Angela Merkel.

Michael Rose, head of protocol and corporate events for Deutsche Messe AG, summed up enthusiastically, “The spectacular and emotional realization of our themes provided a great introduction to the exhibition. With this production, insglück again hit the mark.”
