Time Machine event was designed to mark Vilnius’ 700th anniversary and reflect on city’s evolution as part of the company’s winter celebration. Attendees experienced AI-enhanced immersive storytelling
The main objective of the event was to create an immersive experience that would rewrite the rules of the traditional gala dinner and reinforce the company’s brand perception. The second objective was to create a dressing that has never been seen before in Lithuania. The third goal was to dedicate the event to the 700th birthday of Vilnius. The fourth objective was to create an event that would win an international award.
We created a theatrical event, which unexpectedly became the stage for a mega-sized gala dinner table representing three clock faces. By combining creativity and innovation, we aimed to take guests through the history of Vilnius and integrate the company’s relevance. With scenography inspired by Vilnius’ rich history, we seated 195 guests at three grand round tables, surrounded by LED screens, ensuring a VIP perspective from every angle. Historical moments were brought to life through captivating performances, from dancers emerging from tables to immersive dance spectacles, LED fire shows, and pole dancers. The event also introduced the first lasers in Lithuania, culminating in a breathtaking laser show. Innovation was key, with AI-generated videos tailored to the company’s themes and the use of round tables as multifunctional stages.
