SEB Bank employees’ annual celebration of achievements, featuring live performances, interactive awards, and cutting-edge technology, aimed at engaging and inspiring bank’s employees.
The key objective of the SEB Bank “UP & UP” event was to strengthen employee engagement, celebrate their achievements, and reinforce the bank’s core values and upward trajectory. The event aimed to inspire a deeper connection between employees and the company by showcasing their contributions through dynamic, engaging and creative awards and interactive performances and activities. Participants were expected to leave feeling motivated and proud, embodying SEB Bank’s values in their daily work. The event also sought to elevate the perception of SEB as an innovative and forward-thinking institution, encouraging employees to see themselves as integral to the bank’s continued success. Additionally, the creative use of technology and sustainability highlighted the bank’s commitment to innovation, further aligning employees with SEB’s vision for the future.
The event was a masterclass in creativity and innovation – it had to be held in the same venue as previous year for the same main purpose. To support SEB Bank’s objectives, we crafted a three-part event experience that gradually revealed surprises and increased in scale, symbolising the bank’s growth. The awards were creatively transformed by integrating popular TV and radio show formats, engaging employees directly with live performances. The event utilised cutting-edge technology: three synchronised screen platforms—ground, arena, and curtain screens—displayed custom 3D animations, pre-recorded video sessions, and live band performances. Sustainability was a key focus, with reused materials from previous events integrated into new stage designs, and digital content replacing printed materials. These innovations created a multi-sensory, immersive experience, positioning SEB Bank as a forward-thinking, innovative company while leaving guests inspired and engaged.
