The Event

During Christmas, Paris Aéroport spread the magic of the season to those in need. In partnership with ‘Une Lettre Un Sourire,’ they sent thousands of love-filled flying letters to people in isolation.

Paris Aéroport wanted a holiday celebration that would demonstrate its brand promise by giving it a charitable and solidarity-focused dimension during this special time, through a partnership with an association.
The primary goal was to deliver strong, unique, and meaningful holiday greetings to travelers passing through the terminals as well as to the airport community (ADP Group employees and partner companies). More broadly, through this initiative, Paris Aéroport also aimed to share its holiday wishes with the general public, particularly via social media.

During the holidays, Paris Aéroport terminals are buzzing with thousands of travelers reuniting with loved ones to share tender moments. Unfortunately, in France today, more than 9 million people spend the holidays alone, isolated, and deprived of these comforting moments full of small gestures. Paris Aéroport wanted to extend its brand promise ‘Paris vous aime’ beyond the terminals, bringing the magic of the holidays to those who need it most. Paris Aéroport launched the ‘From Paris Aéroport with Love’ campaign, in partnership with the association 1Lettre 1Sourire, a solidarity initiative inviting travelers and employees to write love letters to isolated individuals. For two weeks, mobile mailboxes roamed the terminals and ADP Group offices, meeting passengers and staff. Everyone was invited to write a message of love on a paper plane in the colors of the campaign, which was then placed in the mailbox to be delivered by the association to isolated individuals in nursing homes.
