EuBea 2016: A Pass for the best in events and live communication. Early Bird offer until July 31st.
A festival to celebrate the excellence of European events. A chance to enjoy the best in live communication, update, network and find inspiration from the best practices and the greatest experts in the field. To gain access to all this, you can now purchase the Delegate Pass and thus be part of EuBea Festival, the great international event built around the European Best Event Awards, to be held in Saint Petersburg from October 13th to 15th.
Until July 31st, it will be possible to take advantage of the Early Bird promotion, allowing you to purchase the Delegate Pass at the discounted price of € 300 (valid for agencies participating in the award) or € 400 (for all other delegates) instead of the standard € 500 fee.
The Delegate Pass allows you to:
– attend live presentations to the Jury, of all events in the shortlist;
– take part in the Leadership Conference Programme, the schedule of conferences, keynotes, and workshops;
– attend lunches and networking dinners;
– access the 1-to-1 networking area, to debate directly with the experts;
– access the Awards Ceremony, closing dinner and after-party;
– participate in leisure activities to discover Saint Petersburg.
A special promotion is available to corporate clients of competing agencies, who will be able to purchase the Delegate Pass for only € 200.
Furthermore, the 3×2 offer allows those who buy two Delegate Passes to receive a third free of cost. This deal can be combined with the Early Bird offer.
Flexible participation is provided by the 1-Day Pass, at a cost of € 200. If used on the first day (October 13th), the pass will entitle you to follow the live presentations as well as to attend lunch and networking dinner. On the other hand, if used on October 14th, you will be entitled to access the Leadership Conference Programme, the 1-to-1 networking area and all meals.
A special promotion is also available to Under-23 students, who will be able to purchase the Student Pass for €150. This will entitle them to attend live presentations, the Leadership Conference Programme, the Awards Ceremony, all lunches and dinners, including the closing dinner, and the following after-party.
