DENMARK – ICS signs a strategic agreement with KongresKompagniet
ICS, International Conference Services, has just signed an agreement with the largest Danish Congress Organizer outside Copenhagen, KongresKompagniet, located in Aarhus. ICS has bought 10% of the shares in KongresKompagniet and this agreement will strengthen both companies cementing their regional leadership. This will also enhance the development of products, staff and IT, thus increasing the benefits for all our clients.
Kongreskompagniet was established in 2002, and has 6 employees with strong local roots and knowledge, while ICS has 20 employees and has recently celebrated it’s 25 years anniversary.
The management and staff of both companies will remain unchanged and Per Ankaer (image), Managing Director of ICS says:
“it is a great agreement for both companies and all our clients; already staff and management can see clear benefits with this agreement”.
