Bea World Festival 2025: the 20th edition in Rome
On 21 and 22 November 2025, the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in Rome will host the 20th edition of Bea World – Best Event Awards World, the international festival by ADC Group that celebrates creativity, innovation, and excellence in live communication.
The event is part of the Live Communication Week powered by Next Group, which from 19 to 22 November will transform Rome into the world’s capital of events, also hosting the 22nd edition of Bea Italia.
News and highlights
Bea World turns 20: two decades of bold ideas, unforgettable experiences, and creative innovation. To celebrate the anniversary, the 2025 edition introduces new award categories:
- Grand Shows – Large-scale events with significant production complexity (Olympic ceremonies, major international openings, anniversaries, global summits).
- Luxury Industry Event – Projects created for luxury brands, designed to express distinctive aesthetics and brand identity.
- Public Affairs & Advocacy – Events designed to build relationships between companies/organizations and political or institutional stakeholders.
The 2025 concept, designed by Next Group, will be LIVE! With Respect: an invitation to work with integrity, empathy, and collaboration within the events industry.
An outstanding international jury
Presiding over this year’s international corporate jury will be Gonçalo Oliveira, Director – Strategy & Business Enablement and Marketing & Communication at Deloitte.
With nearly 20 years of managerial experience, Oliveira will lead the jury in awarding projects capable of combining innovation, excellence in execution, and concrete stakeholder impact.
His advice to participants: “Build concise presentations, highlight creativity and tangible results. Use empathy as a second skin.”
