BEA WORLD 2026: SUBMIT YOUR EVENTS BY SEPTEMBER 30. JOIN THE GLOBAL CELEBRATION OF LIVE COMMUNICATION IN VENICE
Celebrate innovation and creativity in the event industry from November 26 to 27, 2026, at the Palazzo del Cinema on the Lido in Venice.
The countdown has officially begun for the 21st edition of Bea World, the global awards celebrating excellence in live communication and events, organized by ADC Group in collaboration with Next Group. Submissions for the best international projects that have defined the industry are open until September 30.
Bea World takes place within Live Communication Week 2026 (November 24–27 in Venice), an annual gathering created and promoted by ADC Group that draws nearly 2,000 marketing, communication, and event industry professionals. The week continues to serve as a strategic business and networking hub, fostering connections between brands, agencies, and suppliers, while offering professional development, training, and insights into key market trends.
Concept & Theme: “Live is BEAutiful”
The overarching theme for the 2026 edition is “Live is BEAutiful”, a concept celebrating the unique power of live communication and its ability to build authentic, memorable human connections.
The backdrop for this year’s edition is Venice and, specifically, the iconic Palazzo del Cinema on the Lido—a global symbol of spectacle and creative distinction. Through the visual metaphor of the veil, symbolizing fluid creativity taking shape in real space, the theme merges the artistic quality of Bea World’s winning entries with the timeless beauty of one of the world’s most storied locations.
Event Schedule Highlights (November 26–27)
From November 26 to 27, Bea World will bring top global players in live communication to Venice to showcase world-class case studies and shape the future directions of the event industry.
- Palazzo del Casinò: Hosts the Jury Sessions and Live Presentations on Thursday, November 26.
- Palazzo del Cinema: Serves as the venue for Content Sessions and the official Awards Ceremony on Friday, November 27.
- The Arsenale: Offers the exclusive setting for the Jurors & Delegates Dinner on Thursday evening, November 26.
What’s New for the 2026 Competition
This year introduces two new category opportunities:
- Grand Prix for Good: Awarded by the International Jury to an entry that demonstrates a clear social mission, successfully blending creative excellence with social impact. It honors projects advocating for inclusion, sustainability, civic responsibility, human rights, and public awareness. This award is independent of the traditional Grand Prix.
- E-Sports / Gaming Event: Dedicated to live or streamed gaming events, tournaments, and video game competitions. This category recognizes competitive formats—from arena tournaments to digital face-offs—that deliver technical production excellence, high interactivity, and deep community engagement.
