Karen Bogliacino

A citizen of the world – born and raised in Uruguay, spent several years in the USA and now resides in Italy. Joined CNH Industrial in 2007, and began working in the events team in 2015, becoming global Head of Corporate Events in 2021.
Bogliacino has over a decade’s worth of experience in event organization, overseeing Regional Dealer Trainings, Dealer Conventions, Press Events and Customer Experience days in the EMEA Region. In her current role, she  focuses on the company’s most strategic activities and events, including Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts, International Supplier Conventions, Board and C-suite events and other special projects.
An international and multi-cultural background combined with a robust and consolidated experience in organizing events in the Americas (Brazil and USA), in Europe (Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium, England, Romania,) and in Africa (Kenya and Tunis) are further reinforced with a Master in Events Management.
