It’s time to enter the Best Event Awards. Here’s our tips!
You still have time to enter. Closing date is July 31st to ensure your amazing projects get the recognition they deserve and we thought it might be helpful to give you an overview on the awards and answer any questions you may have.
We’ve already issued our Call for Entries for the 11th edition of the Best Events Awards. There is still a month or so to enter and we thought it might be helpful to give you an overview on the awards and answer any questions you may have.
First the big news! This year, the competition has gone global. EuBea, the European competition, has changed, we are now Bea World, the first global award dedicated to events and live communication. Test your skills on a global stage in the most prestigious event arena in the world. To bring back home our coveted ‘elephant awards’.
Entries. These can be commercial or non-commercial events and live communication projects which have taken place anywhere in the world between 1st August 2016 and 31st July 2017.
Who can enter? Entries are open to all companies that deliver events, including events agencies, production companies, public relations, communication, promotion, advertising and web agencies, big and small corporations, public bodies, associations, non-governmental and non-profit organizations, locations.
Categories. There are many to choose from. Choose the one that best suits your project. We have 14 event categories (Conventions, Cultural Events, Educational/Training Events, Opening/Celebration Events, Launch Events, Live Entertainment, Roadshows etc.) and 5 feature categories (Low Budget Events, Sustainable Innovations, Use of Technology, Use of Web and Social Media, Meeting Design). In addition, you can enter your project in one of the two Macro Categories to compete for the main prizes: Best B2B Event Award and the Best B2C Event Award.
Deadline. You have time until July 31st. Enough to complete the event entry form, upload the videos and pictures of the event, and make the payment.
How to enter. There are the four easy steps to follow:
- Create your account here
- Send the signed entry form to email@example.com
- Log in with your personal account here and fill in the event entry form (remember that you’ll have to upload 5 pictures of your event and a 3’ video).
- Make the payment by 31st July, 2017.
