Let’s go through the organised programme.
The first session of speeches will be dedicated to the theme of ‘INSPIRATION’, and will alternate the likes of Charles Darby, Creative Director of NoSuchThing Ltd., and Gillian Ferrabee, Director, Creative Lab, Cirque du Soleil, on the macro theme ‘Entertainment, communication and creativity as keys to activate engagement’.
The second session of intervention will focus on the theme ‘VISION’: Jens Oliver Mayer, Managing Director, Germany for Jack Morton Worldwide; Amanda J. (Paolella) Young, Americas Event Leader at GE Healthcare and Andrew Smith, Creative Director of A-Vision and Vice Chairman of EVCOM, will take turns on stage to talk about Communication in 2020 and how events will strengthen the rules of engagement.
CASE HISTORIES, however, will provide the audience with plenty of ideas and stimuli. The themes range from digital tools for engagement (Nadine Vienne, Corporate Events Section Manager of Nissan Europe) to meeting design as building brand reputation (Andrea Faflikova, Regional PR & Event Manager Engagement CEEMEA, Lego), from CRM and Data Management (Ilka Dzeik, Senior Manager Global Corporate Events EMEA, Symantec) to the much-discussed event ROI (Elling Hamso, Managing Partner of Event ROI Institute), and more.
Other sessions will focus on the tools and the practical strategies needed to build and engage the audience, striving to stand in an already croweded and stimulating digital landscape. Among the speakers, Marco Odasso, Marketing Manager, Ventuz.
An interesting insight into the use of food, as a way to convey messages and feelings, will be led by Paco Rancero, Chef, Sublimotion, Ibiza.
The section ‘LAST WORD TO THE CLIENT’ will ponder on what clients really want and look for from agencies in terms of creativity, innovation and propositive approach.
But not only: we will also discuss contamination and cross–cultural projects.
Speakers include representatives of multinational companies, such as Alison Williams, Head of Events L’Oréal and Amanda J. Paolella Young, Americas Event Leader at GE Healthcare.
To close, at 7:30pm, the Awards Ceremony of the European Best Event Awards 2015.
