SWEDEN – TUR 2013 offered more seminars than ever
TUR, Scandinavia’s leading fair for the travel, tourism and meetings industries, this year offered more seminars than ever.
“We’re really going for this, with a clear goal of highlighting all industry segments,” said Lisa Callert, exhibition manager at TUR. “We wanted our trade visitors to really feel that they’ve learnt something new, directly related to their business activities.”
TUR 2013 therefore included around 30 seminars and debates organised by the fair, three times as many as last year. And it was not only a question of more seminars, but they also followed different tracks.
“Our ambition was to cover all industry sectors, such as hotels, meetings, business travel, leisure travel and destination development,” said Callert.
