GERMANY – Hagen Invent stays on track to success in 2012

Despite the ongoing tough market environment, in 2011 Hagen Invent, winner in last year’s EuBEA Best Company Convention category, even managed to better its successful result of the previous year. The 35-strong team of experts (in the picture, Werner Hagen and Adone Kheirallah, Managing Partners of the agency) based in Düsseldorf and Hamburg not only acquired important new clients in the automobile, commercial, consumer goods and financial services sectors, but were also successful in increasing business with existing clients. As a result, the agency’s project volume by the end of the year once more amounted to over 30 million euros.

In 2011 the experts at Hagen Invent planned and carried out more than 50 events and incentive projects with total dedication and adhering to the highest quality standards. These projects took the team to Toronto, Marrakesh, Washington/DC and the Baltic states, to name just a few of the many destinations visited in 2011.

Event marketing highlights which included a spectacular annual kick-off meeting for a prestigious insurance group, dealer meetings of several weeks’ duration for Audi and Volkswagen, and exclusive incentive trips to South Africa and Namibia, guaranteed keen enthusiasm amongst the over 25,000 guests.

One of the most notable events of the year 2011 was the official reception for the international delegations to the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest, an event organized by Hagen Invent on behalf of the Lord Mayor of the city of Düsseldorf, during which the experts for live communication presented the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia as a congenial and cosmopolitan host.

At the same time, as with their back‘ for good charity drive in 2011 for the benefit of senior citizens in need, the agency demonstrated that besides having its headquarters in Düsseldorf, it also has the city’s best interests at heart.

As a result of its success in winning several major branch awards, Hagen Invent was the only Düsseldorf agency for live communication to claim a place among Germany’s Top 10 ‘Most Creative Event Marketing Agencies‘ and ‘Most Creative Specialists for Spatial Communication‘, and secured 7th place in ‘German Event Creative Ranking‘. In addition, it was the first event marketing agency in Germany to receive official certification from Creditreform AG for its sound financial standing and excellent business acumen, thereby creating an entirely reliable basis for client and supplier relations based on mutual trust, in a line of business currently stricken by an accumulation of insolvencies.

Strengthened by the success of the past year, and enriched by an increase in experienced and creative newcomers to the agency, its team now looks forward to new and exciting challenges in 2012, when Hagen Invent will once more carry out a wide range of multi- faceted event and incentive projects worldwide – from Copenhagen to Dubai, from Florida to Tokyo.
